The operation principle of the coffee maker is quite simple yet effective: water under high pressure passes through the "portafilter" filled with ground coffee. This process allows extracting the maximum flavor and aroma from the coffee beans, while also forming a dense foam — the extraordinary "crema," which is a sign of properly brewed espresso.

The coffee makers are available in bright red and calm white colors, featuring streamlined shapes complemented by metallic inserts in their design. In terms of functionality, the models are equipped with a milk frother, a touch control system, a device for monitoring and maintaining the coffee brewing temperature (PID control) and a rapid heating coil system. Additionally, the water reservoir has a fairly large capacity (1.4 liters), so there's no need to refill it every time for preparing coffee during the day.

Satisfying the coffee preferences of all family members is easier than ever with ARDESTO coffee makers. With models equipped with a milk frother (steam delivery at 130°C), there's no need to limit with classic espresso or ristretto. It's time to hone the skills in preparing delicate lattes and aromatic mochas! All the key requirements for proper coffee brewing will be met by default: brewing temperature is 92°C, extraction time is 28 seconds, and even more, there is a coffee pre-soaking function (8 s).

Despite working with steam and high-temperature liquids, there's no need to worry about safety, as the manufacturer has equipped the coffee maker with an overpressure protection system and a safety valve (to reduce pressure). Additionally, overheating protection is also provided.
