Xerox Holdings Corporation has officially announced the completion of its acquisition of Lexmark International, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of laser devices and printing solutions. This decision is based on strengthening Xerox’s global position and expanding its capabilities in the field of enterprise document management and office printing solutions.
The integration of Xerox’s expertise and Lexmark’s engineering heritage has resulted in the industry’s broadest portfolio of office devices, ranging from compact A4 models to powerful SRA3 full-color MFPs.
Among the first new solutions is the Lexmark CX950SE full-color MFP. The device combines Lexmark’s engineering reliability with Xerox’s service standards: it features a metal frame and modular design, 25 ppm print speed and 200 ipm duplex scanning, built-in Wi-Fi and SSD drive with hardware encryption. The model operates quietly (less than 42 dB) and is ready to use right out of the box, ensuring secure and economical printing.
The updated product ecosystem provides a unified standard of quality and support: all new devices are available through the official Xerox network, compatible with Xerox Workplace Solution access management platforms, and meet corporate data protection requirements.
The further development of the Lexmark device range under Xerox management will focus on flexibility, energy efficiency, and the adaptation of solutions to the needs of offices of any size.
